A World Humanitarian Day event in Hamburg focused on the role that ordinary people can play in helping others and strengthening their communities.

At the Church of Scientology Hamburg, participants learned more about the work of the Scientology Volunteer Ministers, a programme developed by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard to provide practical tools for helping others

The programme provides practical methods that volunteers can use to assist people facing difficult situations.

The Hamburg gathering also reflected the important contribution of volunteers and civil society to community life. Scientology Volunteer Ministers have participated in volunteer activities ranging from neighbourhood assistance to large-scale disaster response.

This kind of work shows that humanitarian action does not always begin with a major eu news 2023 emergency.

The message is simple: communities are stronger when people are willing and able to help one another.
